Dispute Resolution

Disputes are not an every-day occurrence within Harrier’s automotive partners.

We would always recommend contacting the selling dealership directly to discuss your dispute with the person or people involved if you feel able to do so.

Otherwise, as the administrator of the Dealership's program we do provide this form for you to complete in the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome. Once completed, we will pass your information to the appropriate team at the Dealership in an effort to assist with a resolution.
